  Menu: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

  Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
  

  Children: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
  

  Down payment: No deposit will be charged.

  Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge.

  Pets: Pets are not allowed.

  Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

  Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
  EUR 2.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
