Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 17.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Down payment: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
