Terms of cancelation After the booking process is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link which you can use to cancel your booking under the following terms and conditions:

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Baby cots are not available. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 5.00 per person. Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6.00 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
