Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. One child under 11 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
All further older children or adults are charged USD 30.00 per night when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Down payment: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs USD 14.00 per 24 hours. Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs USD 5.00 per 30 minutes.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
Extra charges: 7.5 % Tax is not included. 5 % service charge per room per night is not included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
