Terms and conditions of the hotel

  Menu: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.00 per person.

  Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  

  Children: All children are welcome. One child under 3 years is charged EUR 7.00 per night and person in a baby cot.
  One child from 3 to 12 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
  

  Down payment: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

  Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 7.00 per 24 hours.

  Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

  Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

  Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
  City/tourist tax is not applicable.
