Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 6.00 per night and person in a baby cot.
One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
