Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 25.00 per person. Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 4 years.
Buffet breakfast costs EUR 11.50 per child under 12 years.
Buffet breakfast costs EUR 23.00 per child under 18 years.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 32.50 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 21.00 per hour.
Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 24.00 per day.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
EUR 3.56 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
