Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, no fee will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
