Terms of cancelation After the booking process is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link which you can use to cancel your booking under the following terms and conditions:

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 60.00 per night and person for extra beds. All further older children or adults are charged EUR 96.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board is not included and costs EUR 15.00 per person. Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
