  Menu: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

  Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
  

  Children: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
  All children from 3 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
  One older child or adult is charged 85 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
  

  Down payment: No deposit will be charged.

  Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 6.00 per hour.

  Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

  Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site.

  Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
