Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 4 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 14.00 per day.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
