  Menu: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

  Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
  

  Children: All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 6.00 per night and person in a baby cot.
  One child from 3 to 11 years is charged EUR 45.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
  One older child or adult is charged EUR 70.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
  

  Down payment: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 15 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

  Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

  Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

  Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

  Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
  EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
