Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 25.00 will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15.00 per day.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.
