Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 3 to 11 years are charged EUR 33.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged EUR 43.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 8.00 per hour.
Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 6.00 per day.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.
