Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child under 6 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One child from 6 to 12 years is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
