Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 22 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 45 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 3 to 5 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 6 to 9 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 10 to 14 years are charged 85 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Down payment: 15 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 4.00 per hour.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
EUR 1.25 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
