Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 21.00 per night for cots.
All children from 3 to 12 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: No internet access available.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
