Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8.00 per day.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
