Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
One child from 7 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Down payment: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 16.00 per day.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
