Terms and conditions of the hotel

  Menu: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

  Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
  

  Children: All children are welcome. One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
  One further child from 7 to 12 years is charged EUR 18.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
  All older children or adults are charged EUR 36.00 per night and person for extra beds.
  One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
  

  Down payment: No deposit will be charged.

  Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

  Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

  Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 1.90 per day.

  Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
