Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: No internet access available.
Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
EUR 0.61 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.
EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person between 4 and 12 years per night is not included.
