Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Half board is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 93 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, the first three nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child from 4 to 6 years is charged EUR 22.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child from 7 to 10 years is charged EUR 32.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child from 11 to 13 years is charged EUR 42.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: Internet via modem is available in the business centre and costs EUR 2.00 per hour.
Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.
