  Menu: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

  Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
  

  Children: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge for cots.
  All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
  

  Down payment: No deposit will be charged.

  Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 17.00 per 24 hours.

  Pets: Pets are not allowed.

  Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

  Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
  City/tourist tax is not applicable.
