Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.
Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 9.00 per day.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.
