Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Full English breakfast is not included and costs EUR 15.00 per person.
American breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.00 per person.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 20.00 per day.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
