Terms and conditions of the hotel

Menu: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person.
Terms of cancelation: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 2 to 7 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Down payment: No deposit will be charged.
Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
