There is a small lake next to the hotel and the nearest beach lies 400 m away, just across the road. Restaurants and bars are to be found 100 m away and nightclubs and shops can also be reached in just a few minutes walk. Links to the public transport network are located directly in front of the hotel and it is 52 km to Palma de Mallorca airport (1 hour on public transport).

Renovated in 2003, this hotel features a 3,000 m² garden and comprises 6 floors with a total of 156 rooms of which 24 are singles and 132 are doubles.
