We had a free upgrade to a room with direct pool access. A beautiful room, carefully decorated.
The food (breakfast, lunch & dinner) was excellent. The staff attentive and very friendly

The hotel has all met our expectations. Whether on the beach or by the pool or snorkeling directly on the beach or with the bus OD. Taxi to nutmeg or dinner in the buffet or specialty restaurant-everything was perfect.
