I can not understand why there were so many people complain about the hotel. If you are flying to Venezuela should of course be the it you can expect no German standards.

The hotel from it's kind was arranged as a bigger resort with a big tropical garden. It was offered as a 4 star resort and next to the Hesperia Isla - Margarita apparently belonged to the best hotels of the island.
