The location on the lake and the view from the balcony was really wonderful in the summer it is very hot in the rooms and also rather noisy, because it is based on the street. The breakfast buffet is good but not excellent.

Very good central location, right on the lake. Room decor a little dated. Quite expensive, like most hotels in Lugano. Breakfast with little choice, but good enough. Definitely take a room with balcony. Read more

The hotel with Limone and balcony was very nice, unfortunately, you could use the balcony because of all the traffic noise not. Also is the noise insulation of the windows and the street noise until late in the night and early in the morning to found. Read more

Recently renovated, small hotel, hardwood floor.
Small room yet comfortable with a nice balcony. Spotlessly clean.
Friendly, english speaking staff.
Very nice continental breakfast (cappuccino available for breakfast!)
