The room was old and worn, the cleaning staff was rather poorly.
Due to the renovation work was the food in the dining room, every third day the meal repeats.

On the whole I can confirm the two previous reviews. The staff were always very hard to keep the complex and all was left behind by the, mostly English, guests at the pool or in the restaurants to remove.

I estimate the hotel was with about 80% English. Therefore the entire communication, particularly the entertainment only in English (even the entertainment for children). So if you are looking for entertainment, but no English, is lost. Only the front ... Read more

In the September mostly English entertainment, due to the many English also a lot of trash in the pool, but on complaint is disposed of. The restaurant should be cleaner as well as the silverware and dishes. The size of the room was very good.

Los zocos is not a hotel for German guests, because they do not understand.
Garbage (mainly cups) fly in the entire area, including the pool around. This could be unfortunate the behavior of the guests (British 98%). But where should you with the trash... Read more

Have just returned from holiday and still completely shocked by the attitude of felt 99% English in the hotel. If you want to experience there must, all other I can only advise to make holiday at the Los zocos!!!
