We booked this hotel for a night booked, since we were there in the O2 arena and bad with the train came home. The room cost of breakfast 52, -euros for two people. It was clean and tidy. Even a tv was available. The bathroom has a shower and there was even white, thick, nice towels, I was very surprised. We have stayed at more expensive hotels, where the towels were much worse. Everything was in order, for a short get away perfect spontaneous. A bit noisy, since it's directly on the reeperbahn, but since we were so knocked out that didn't bother us at all. A journey through time in the hotel. Friendly staff and helpful. Best location on the reeperbahn and the harbor, in the heart of the life, the nightlife. Good starting point for excursions in all directions. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Peace and quiet in the room, it depends on the location of the room, at the courtyard very quiet. We stayed at the a&O for two nights and we were there, there were already aware in advance, that for the price you can't expect a whole lot. The transport links are very good and ideal for city journeys of any kind. The room was spartan furnished, a walk in wardrobe was missing entirely, but we found spiders on the walls & were woken up in the early hours of the torpedo similar car several hours and laundry on your toes.
The bathroom we entered only with shoes, as the whole area felt very dirty and run down.
