When we arrived with a group of 9 people (three children) we liked the exterior design of the hotel, our children trolley had easy access to the lobby and anywhere else in the hotel it was the best family hotel ever in Thailand, I heard because the hotel is build with wheelchair access in mind althought you cant see this when you are there.
