Royal Cruse, is not recommended! Rooms are dirty and it is also, only the beds are made, even if one has luck changed. Toilet was clogged, but for the not so important! Every morning Power Outage. Phone rang constantly, no matter what time. Calls from the front desk should you have to get your luggage immediately restlichern please, you shouldn't serious take! At the front desk arrived nobody wants to know what a phone call two minutes ago. (we had all our luggage for a few days, we have also at the front desk on the phone said) Read more

The see side view from some of the rooms is really nice as it is bang on the see side and in the morning one can see people on parachutes of people taking paragliding rides on coral island Breakfast spread was good and had decent vegetarian options Overall a good value for money also

My Wife & I stayed here for 3 weeks in April 09 and what can i say some say this is a 3 to 4 star hotel but i would give this hotel 5 star the staff from when we arrived at this beautiful hotel was 1st class and could not do enough to make sure everything was perfect, the breakfast was 1st class choose from what ever you liked hot or cold breakfast in beautiful restaurant,this hotel has 2 pools both excellant,or if you fancy the beach just across the road, hotel has nice bars and coffee shop this hotel has everyhting really if you want to relax this is the place,plenty of bars & places to eat close by this hotel is in a good area and for a busy place like pattaya this is also a quiet hotel, up the road is the Big C a good shopping centre cheap, also nearby the wife loved Tesco Lotus what woman does not like shopping but if your ever in pattaya then i would stay here like the name A-One this is an A-One hotel,Cant wait to go back here next year and well we felt so relaxed and pampered by the time we left to go home.
