A somewhat dated city hotel with very friendly staff. The bathroom had mold/dirt/firstsigns of whitewash. This is a 4-star hotel can improve. Management of complaints was good to very good. (heating broken). The pillows are worn out and should be exchanged to be. Unfortunately everything had to be paid extra. Newspapers, parking, even the air conditioning system. We stayed for 1 night in this hotel. The contact with the reservation was very friendly. The check-in was very quick, accommodating and helpful. We had a non-smoking room on the eighth floor with a view of the park. The room was spacious with enough room. The beds offered a good night's sleep comfort. Only the bathroom was a little small. The size of the room was sufficient, the bathroom was very cramped. The furnishing had a whole little Charme, the tiles in the bathroom reminded me of the 80er years. The underground parking has a direct access to the lift of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was very generous, the quality of the food was good, the ambience of the breakfast room was very friendly. The hotel is great for a nice weekend in Stuttgart, but also for people on business trip. The train station is about ten minutes walk LEONBERG. From there it is 25 minutes to the main station Stuttgart. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and tried the travellers. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and was filled with delicious food.
