Unfortunately stay not even close reasonable. The bathroom was dirty and was not after repeated complaint not cleaned. Everywhere were hairs to find. Unfortunately also the bed not foreign hair spared. Help us in this respect not offered. We had the beds 'even' new

The value for money was quite OK-we had a cheap rate and the room made a cheap impression. But fraudulent are the 4 stars - therefore they expected more. Entrance and front desk from plush Elegance, but the rooms... Small, dark, old furniture to lautester body of Berlin. Clean or unclean could you not at all so judge... Worn evenly. The odor from fried eggs with bacon moved up to the second floor. Good hotel in the center of Ku'dam/ the bus stop from Tegel airport is in front of the hotel. the closest metro station less the 20 seconds of walking distance. I stayed in single room facing the yard so it was quite in the room. The room size was good.

the only thing plus of the hotel is the amazing location. In the front desk everything seemed OK, but then. First we were given a ' Nichtraucherzimmer'... Each smoking compartment in train stinks less. Remember 'a Nichtraucheraufkleber makes still no non-smoking rooms'. OK, changed rooms. Next rooms, lighting broken, was never repaired. I do like the steps in front of the hotel which belong to the building but it's not convenient for the people who traveling with big suitcase and stroller - the staff from the hotel are friendly but they are too busy with check-in / check-out guests so most of the time they could come to help with the suitcase and stroller.
