Meine Reklamation dass der Ton beim einzigen deutschen TV-Sender nicht funktioniert blieb ohne Feedback. Ich habe mehrmals nachgefragt, es wurde notiert und das war es. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Der Pool liegt direkt am Restaurant, d.h. man könnte am Pool liegen und auf der anderen Seite wird gespeist. Ohne eigenen PKW ist das ganze zu vergessen, da es keine vernünftige Verbindung in die Stadt gibt. Der bei der Buchung angekündigte Shuttle zum Bahnhof Pisa und zum Airport war eingestellt. Insgesamt kann man dieses Hotel durchaus empfehlen. Es liegt verkehrsgünstig zwischen Flughafen und Pisa Stadt. Es besteht ein kostenloser Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen und zum Bahnhof. Für italienische Verhältnisse wird ein sehr gutes Frühstück beboten.
Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die männlichen Mitarbeiter der Reception.
Den Gast beim Einchecken zu begrüßen bzw. beim Outchecken zu verabschieden ist ihnen fremd. Eine Ausnahme bildet da die einzige weibliche Angestellte der Reception. Sie war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Read more
