nice staff, good service, good breakfast, my room was updated and quiet, you can see the in the hotel very a lot done is( renovated rooms, new toilet, very beautiful Meeting rooms, etc.), all in all I have felt very comfortable. Read more

After a long time back and forth, it is the staff not our reserved room to correctly book. The VA was over, they wanted to charge me really 100% the supposedly not canceled two rooms. Although everyone knows, that only legally 80% fees may be applicable. That notwithstanding, the room was canceled, the other uses. We had a very warm welcome and always friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. The food (we had booked a package) was very tasty and every course was great prepared-the decoration on the terrace fully meet our wishes. All in all a great stay. Read more

The hotel is located in immediate vicinity to the Rhine and offers a great view. The reception and restaurant area is the crown jewel of the hotel, however the rooms are average and a little older and shabby. The front desk was very friendly and competent. wireless Internet is available throughout the hotel. The bathroom was nice and large and had two sinks, soap and shower gel dispenser available. The best is the breakfast, you can really get everything and it tasted very delicious. The price is reasonably acceptable. Read more

If we had expected because of the appearance of the hotel, fashion Rene, comfortable rooms, instead, we found a room, since the seventies not been modified. Also didn't bother us, that in the hotel description existing shower, just a tub with a shower head was offered. Furthermore, this was very dirty, hair in the drain, for example rusted. That does not fit in with the name 'comfort room'!
