The hotel in general

The family Lotti has been running this business for eight years. The professional management of the resort combines the warm and familiar atmosphere made up of friendly conversations, good advices and assistance. In 2010 Belmonte Vacanze won the Zoover Award, earning the highest score in its category in Italy through the popular holiday review website Zoover.
The apartments have been furnished with Tuscan style. We offer different types of flats, ranging from 2-room up to 4-room apartments. Also apartments with 2 bedrooms are available, with one or two bathrooms. Particular attention was paid to create spacious and well lit rooms in order to meet the needs of our guests, families, groups of friends or couples looking for a romantic and intimate atmosphere. All apartments are equipped with all services including air conditioning / heating, wireless Internet access and an outdoor dining area (balcony or terrace with gazebo).
In the morning you can have home delivery of groceries, including fresh bread and croissants for breakfast.
The nearest restaurants are situated within 500m from the apartments, in the picturesque hamlet of Iano, where you can also find a mini-market. In the nearby there are many typical Tuscan restaurants. You will be spoiled for choice.
A BBQ area is available inside the residence where you can grill and eat with your family or friends.

Belmonte Vacanze is located within a 200 hectares private park in the countryside of Montaione, inside the area called Parco del Benestare, situated between San Gimignano and Volterra.
The location of Belmonte allows our guests to reach by car the main art towns like San Gimignano (20 km), Volterra (20 km), Certaldo (21 km), Florence (47 km), Siena (58 km), Pisa (45 km), Lucca (66 km). The favourable position also allows to visit the coast towns (like Cecina 55 km) and their beaches or other picturesque towns and lesser known areas of Tuscany.

Belmonte Vacanze offers many activities for sports fans

The panoramic swimming pool is our flagship. It has a surface of about 350 square meters with a beach type entrance and Jacuzzi from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the hills of the Val d 'Elsa.

For those who like to go trekking, the 200 hectares park offers many walking and biking trails winding through woods, hills and lakes where you can fish.
In the surrounding countryside of Montaione you will find some other indicated bike tracks and they are also available online in a GPS format.

Inside the park there is a riding center with horses and experienced guides for excursions on horseback in the Tuscan countryside or lessons for beginners.

Among the numerous sport facilities, Belmonte also offers a professional tennis court and the possibility to have lessons with a coach, a soccer field, a volleyball court and a leisure area with table tennis, table football, bowling green, barbecue and a playground area for children.

Also available for children, in addition to the playground and leisure area where they can safely play with small friends, we created a special pool for kids with a funny slide. The special beach type entrance to the big pool allows your children to learn to swim.

In the nearby there are many places of artistic and cultural interest
You shall visit San Gimignano and its famous towers, Volterra, Certaldo, San Miniato, the medieval castle of Monteriggioni and also Montaione with its attractions, including the geothermal sites in the Parco del Benestare and the beautiful Jerusalem of San Vivaldo, the Holy Mount in Tuscany.
Florence, Siena and Pisa are only one hour far away from the residence.

Gastronomy in the hotel
500 metre far from the flats, just out from the resort there are two Tuscan restaurants.
All the flats are equipped with large cooking room.If you want in the morning you can have a delivery service of shop from the minimarket directly to your flat.
