A small fine little hotel with refreshing nice atmosphere, the really very clean and well-kept is.
We had a beautiful Classic double room with a view of the olive groves. Room was newly renovated. Simply equipped, but everything available. Thorough cleaning every day.
particular emphasis should be on the attention and friendliness the operator (talk German and several other Languages). The audience locally was already very International( new Zealand, South Africa, Brazil, Switzerland)

lovely area very nice Young owners run property, in which everything is true
we had a small room, as the other rooms were already booked, however is the room sufficient and very clean. The bath is somewhat small, which but also not a problem was.
very pleasant the reserved service host -but always helpful and really nice
for Italian proportions a very good breakfast buffet, that has everything, what you need. Also offers it daily variety.

The old town has the UNESCO World Heritage list in 1990. I pini country living lies immediate in the case San Gimignano, about 800 meters away from the city centre. Centrally located in the Tuscany and the Chianti region to explore, to volterra, Siena, Florence, Lucca and Pisa very suitable. We spent a dream weekend in Ipini. Everything was just perfect. The operator couple was very friendly and accommodating. The two young people were super, for they have a friendly word and their tips and suggestions for trips and restaurants are really great. We are always with a car San Gimignano and our car in the parking lot of a large supermarket free parking (in the evening).
