It was once a very nice hotel in beautiful location. Unfortunately found other Investors this location also very nice and it is now surrounded by two ugly high rise buildings and you at the beach the view of the construction of 10 (!) Concrete. As you can also in Dubai-the same view without entry. Apropos beach: the beach chairs have their best time behind itself, the sand is littered with cigarettes and other small residual waste. We really liked the hotel, even if about 80 kilometer ( about 1 hour driving) from Dubai airport. For a beach vacation the hotel is in any case suitable, even if I the beach of the hotel not so nice. The bathroom was full of molds. Only after repeated complaints were these wide going away. Far was cleanliness a foreign word for the hotel... The service for breakfast was most unprofessional. The whole hotel requires complete overhaul and a thorough cleaning. The toilets opposite the lifts on the ground floor and at the beach were really not reasonable. Read more

The property is wonderful, landscape is very nice, the beach and the pool both are nice, room service although slow but has a good quality food, priced reasonably, the room it self is huge with a balcony, it’s a great getaway for the weekend, and totally deserves the drive, i would recommend what ever room that has a sea view its diffidently worth the extra paid on the garden view.

Parking can be a very long way from your vehicle especially if you are put down the far end of the resort; aircon is a fixed temperature despite a box that is supposed to allow it to be changed(the maintenance man will tell you what he wants you to have so he doesn't have to fix it); sink blocked and early morning showers require running water for 5 minutes to get any heat; hard towels; no lifts and no iron; rooms exceptionally poorly lit via three lamps so reading after sundown is impossible. - in November 10
