Unfortunately only from the outside a palace. Unfriendly staff, especially for breakfast and at the front desk. The did not greeted, but really tucked away. No lobby, no bar, no park service. The bath tub our friend who travelled with us girlfriend was not to use, despite the guest/relation-Manager no room changing. We travel since 14 years in the UAE and are very lots of hotels, there was the ungepflegteste beach, we have experienced. The door is being built, did not bother us. The hotel (Al hamra palace Beacht resort) is still under construction, however has the US not at all bother! the lobby area is somewhat small but we suspect, it is not the main entrance will be in future. you can suspect, the not yet completely finished the field of main entrance will be. The hotel Al hamra palace is still under construction, the part, the already completed, is very beautiful though and as far as possible from the construction noise amgeschirmt. The whole hotel complex is clean and very well maintained, the staff accommodating and very friendly! The suites are really big: bedroom, living room, kitchen, 2 bathroom and in many of the suites have a balcony. We estimate the size on about 80 square meters.
