We were there only one night, but the hotel can recommend without exception. Our suite was huge, the hotel itself from the outside, but inside very well, nice, modern, clean and elegant. The bathroom was a good size and very clean, there was a free newspaper in the morning right outside the door. The underground car park with $15 per night was fine, the price moderate. there is a convenience store next door to the hotel with most things you would want for an overnight stay or even a week long stary store attendants said they didn't carry eye drops, may not have understood what these are, but there were eye drops on the medicine shelf where they looked bed was exact hardness, and there was a pillow menu on it, with explanations about the different kinds of pillows on the bed and available on call from the desk, nice touch for the choosy friendly, warm attendants at desk, allowed me extra time to check out highly recommend this hotel to anybody - in June 10

this hotel is in poor shape, not the best location, way to expensive (your only paying for the size of room), no extras (it cost 18$ cad) to do two loads of laundry our selves), staff, while not rude, was certainly uninspried, never making eye contact with guests as they walked by, not at all making an effort to WOW guests.
