The cleanliness was completely in order. The food is varied and tasted good. The staff is very friendly, especially at the front desk. Many local guests with children. But you should speak a bit of English in any case. On the whole the price/performance ratio good.

Our most favorable and the best summer vacation, can't be beat! Hotel very nice, rooms total modern in purple colors and Lidl supermarket right next to the hotel. But it was a shame that the reservation by the pool towels, after ten o'clock was no more couch free. Please note that it is a pebble beach, so definitely take bathing shoes for the ocean... Very friendly and helpful staff, above all very child friendly. Rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. The tiles in the bathroom (on the floor), were quite worn, but the cleanliness of the toilet, tub and sink have leapfrogged the tiles. The food was good, lots of choice and always enough available. The gravel beach in albir was clean but a bit uncomfortable, bathing shoes are recommended. With the bus in about 20 minutes you Benidorm there is a great sandy beach, very clean. The hotel is really nothing to complain about. Plus: The Food variety, cleanliness, varied. The staff managed not to rush. A minus: the staff was not very friendly.
Good: playground at the pool. The pool is a bit small if all want to swim. The beach was not so great, but there are also other. At the best always have a car, then you can do a lot. Read more

Our room was great high floor overlooking pool (as requested) the flat screen tv was a nice touch as for you moaners I found the empty fridge a great bonus so I could stock up on water.

The Beach was a pebble Beach but it was Beautiful, we bought Sandal like shoes from the Local shops for about 6 Euros, but they were well worth it because you needed them for walking in to the water as it was very sore without them,be advised you really need them. - in February 10
The Hotel also provided a FREE Taxi service to and from the Beach although it was a Beautiful walk down the Treed Avenue to the Beach, about 10 minutes.

Just returned from a week at this hotel, it was our first stay here & we had a great time, the hotel was spotless the food was excellent & the staff could not do enough for you at any time of the day but it was a shame the safety deposit box charges were high - you could not book them for a week and at 4 euros per night the 28 euros charge was almost double what we have paid at other hotels in the area.
