We had a great week of vacation with a lot of sunshine and snow and especially very relaxing. Everything was perfect. The staff were very accommodating and always friendly. The food was great and for the starving some less exceptions there was still a portion extra. The sauna area was very good and clean We felt very much at ease and are definitely coming again. The spa area is for a three star hotel really excellent. 3 different saunas and waterbeds are I think worth noting. The staff are very friendly. As already often described was in the rooms a curious odor the but is not really disturbing. The rooms were very clean and pleasantly large. The Mittagskaffee with cakes was great! The drink prices were pleasant moderate. The atmosphere in the entire hotel is very tastefully selected. Read more

We were 1 week in the hotel. and we are still impressed of the cordialness, from the very good food as well as from the cleanliness. the wellness area is very modern and has its own charm. the staff came us always with a smile despite we were welcome. Very nice hotel with restaurant. Restaurant is available for external guests. Good, friendly service. Sauna area with a secluded quiet area, including water. From the room you will have a look into the snow valley. Read more

We stayed over the Christmas holidays in the hotel. The hotel was fully booked. The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and efficient. The consisted of four courses. The food was okay. The wellness area was adequate size and the hotel pool to relax and a beautiful view. the rooms were clean. The hosts were a low profile. The hotel lies a bit out of the way.
