Holiday home for four people not enough space. For a three star expected something different. Price/performance ratio was not correct. Much too expensive. Holiday apartment dirty. Carpet dirty and stained. Tiny kitchen-cooking not suitable. Even the washing became difficult. The food is a small table with two chairs for 4! People. No laundry, like towels and bathing costumes from the pool on dry. Rooms are worn out. The room makes the impression of a better youth hostel. Very nice and well-kept hotel with very friendly management.
The hotel is situated in a peaceful location, above Berchtesgaden. After about ten minute. Walk you can reach the beautiful Berchtesgaden. We had a room of the type B, which was very clean, bright and large. The bathroom we were very pleasantly surprised, it was also renovated, large and bright.
The breakfast was perfectly adequate.

We had booked four nights at this hotel and were very pleasantly surprised by the rooms. Especially the bathroom was great, big and clean. The owners were always very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was wide; there was something for every taste.
Ten minute walk to you directly stood in the centre of Berchtesgaden. The way is however very steeply (you have to almost on a knoll and then almost perpendicular ☺ down the castle!).
But if you don't get more high creates or not, and there is a bus station in front of the door (rosenhof). As for... Read more

The hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are spacious in pristine condition. Tv, safe, Föen, Wi-Fi Internet access. The staff in point cleanliness, absolutely reliable. The vital sFrühstücksangebot was more than enough. Four times a week were offered in the evening ' snacks 'very tasty pizza, trout, are engaging in trivial disputes and so on.
