Nice holiday in very rarely! We only used the car for the trip back and forth, as the Val GARDENA card a discount use of bus and elevator allowed. By diefreundliche and competent service at the meals were always highlights of our stay. We have always felt good! Read more

All the hotel like family. Not very big, not very small. Very friendly stuff. Very tasty cuisine, nice bar, clean rooms. We've been here three times in 2009, 2010 and 2011 as a family (mother and son) and we are not going to stop! )) Ginzanella (one of room types) is just fine for us ). It's big enought. Also you've got a/c, TV, balcony, bath (or shower cabine), safe, phone. Interenet is available only trough the cable in the rooms and wi-fi is available in the lobby. We were with a group of five people. A couple of the front desk lady was the room and all further shown, the other was the key to the counter and told where it feels (elevator there, third floor and then turn right...). Two of our three rooms, there was no hotel information. There was only one key per room, but if you get a second key have wanted, you had to pay a deposit of 10 €deposit (was in the bill). at the Food we had a super unfriendly waiter (he had in between two days free). The hotel is in top condition and very recommendable. If problems arise, they will be taken care of immediately. Small special wishes, as for example, other fruits and so on will be immediately implemented, for of the guests. Read more
