Alpenhotel Tauernhof

We were for the weekend on berchtesgadener land risks. At night when we came back exhausted from the drive arrived at the hotel, we had to literally minutes write a half hour wait at the front desk, the receptionist (waiters in the restaurants) finally found the time to give us the room key. Hotel in a great location. Could be a great deal from it. Unfortunately, very uncomfortable decor and atmosphere. Room would have to be urgently renewed. One mattress bite the spring cores and are therefore very hard and uncomfortable. The other mattress squeak with every movement, so that it was only very difficult to get to sleep. The service left something to be desired. Check-in at 6:30 P.M. we wanted and stayed at the reception only one key with a note. Very honored ladies and gentlemen, after we have already 'day dreams' complained, I give a rating of the above-mentioned July. In the hotel this year we stayed for four days in schonau am konigssee in'.' from the outside, the hotel looked very appealing, but I have never seen such a poorly managed hotel. Unfortunately the waiters with the chef before the guests argued. The front desk was run by a trainee, was not competent. The rooms were abruptly from the staff, which as such not erkennbarwar, entering. It could be good, but unfortunately not recommended. Read more

Hotel with good price/performance ratio. The only negative was the front desk, as they only very rarely was occupied. The work had to attend the ' kitchen staff partly, which was not always reliable. Read more
