Anantara will open its first property in Vietnam this fall,L'anmien, soon to be Anantara Mui Ne Resort & Spa. The Executive Chef is Alain Nguyen, who attended the Paris Culinary Academy and worked at Restaurant Alain Ducasse at the Plaza-Athénée, then Les Ambassadeurs at Hôtel de Crillon, before returning to Vietnam in 2006. He has recently been at Victoria Sapa Hotel Resort and Spa, followed by Victoria Phan Thiet Beach Resort & Spa for the past four years.
