Just returned from a week in Panama. This little hotel is an amazing gem and a true value for the price. Les and Earle are the new owners of this facility (previously Golden Valley Hotel) and they have done extensive renovations. The staff and service is comparable (if not better than) many 4 star hotels I've visited. The rooms are spotlessly clean with upscale amenities such as robes and fresh flowers. My husband and I spent part of our honeymoon at the Anton Valley Hotel, and it was a unique and wonderful experience!
The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were freshly decorated and immaculately clean!
They also have a restaurant in the hotel, and we highly recommend the "langostinos" (or extra large shrimp) that they saute in butter with fresh chopped garlic served over a bed of pineapple rice with peppers.
